I'm Jose Marquez, the owner of Marquez Realty LLC, a New Jersey-based real estate company focused on finding solutions for property owners and connecting real estate opportunities with buyers and investors.

I've been involved in real estate wholesaling for the past couple of years, building my knowledge of the industry and developing relationships with property owners, investors, and other real estate professionals.

My goal is simple: to make the process as straightforward, honest, and personal as possible.

What I Do

Not every property or situation fits the traditional process of listing a home and waiting for the right buyer.
